Cylinder

On-site cylinder production center accelerates your artwork proof and cylinder engraving process providing our customers with more efficient and accurate graphic services. We have a total of 8 engravers. One laser engraver can produce up to 80 cylinders per day.

Printing

  • Rotogravure.
  • Reverse or surface print on plastic, paper or foil up to 12 colors.
  • Off -line inspection and registration.

Coating

Cold seal, hot melt, silicone, wax, easy peel, anti fog and antistatic coating.

Special Processes

Printing on toothpaste tube substrate, silicone coating on printed surfaces, de-metallization, emboss, laser score, high temperature and retort film.

Lamination

Solvent, solvent free, wet, wax and extrusion laminations. 15 laminators. 11 dry and 4 extrusion
